Welcome to NYC Airport Car Services. By using our website, booking platform, or transportation services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please review them carefully before proceeding with any reservations.

1. Use of Our Services

By booking any limo or car service through NYC Airport Car Services, you acknowledge and accept:

You are at least 18 years old

The information provided during booking is accurate

You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

2. Booking & Payment

We accept reservations via our website, mobile phone, or email. When booking:

Prepaid reservations are required for all airport car services

Prices are confirmed at the time of booking

Major credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover

Receipts are provided via email after trip completion

Note: Prices may vary depending on location, vehicle type, wait time, and tolls.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation terms are:

Sedans/SUVs: Cancel at least 6 hours in advance for a full refund

Sprinters & Limousines: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance

No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged the full fare

To cancel, please call us directly or use the link in your confirmation email.

4. Wait Time & Delays

Airport pickups: We provide 30 minutes of complimentary wait time for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international arrivals.

Non-airport pickups: 15 minutes of free wait time is included.

Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments.

We monitor flight schedules in real-time to adjust for delays, but it’s your responsibility to provide accurate flight information.

5. Conduct & Liability

To ensure the safety of all passengers and drivers:

No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances allowed

Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated

You are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle

NYC Airport Car Services is not responsible for:

Items left behind in vehicles

Delays due to weather, traffic, or road closures

Missed flights due to client delays or incorrect travel info

6. Insurance & Safety

All of our vehicles are insured, licensed, and inspected regularly. Chauffeurs are professionally trained, background-checked, and committed to your safety.

7. Service Area Limitations

We primarily serve:

JFK, LGA, EWR, Teterboro, Westchester & Bradley Airports

NYC, NJ, CT, Long Island & select upstate locations

Rides outside these zones may incur additional charges or require pre-approval.

8. Privacy & Data Use

All customer data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal details with third parties without consent.

9. Changes to Terms

NYC Airport Car Services reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
